I grew up feeling alienated from most people. The things I felt inside my body did not align with what I was told by those outside of it. At times it felt like those suppressed emotions were going to consume me whole, without a trace for anyone to find.

Reiki found me in high school, the first time I remember feeling too big for myself. Its teachings promised a life that fit my uncontainable self expression. Back then I was young. I believed in the traditional systems we are told are in place to serve us.

I tirelessly committed to the promise of a comfortable life. I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology. Two years later, I found myself in a top ranked Physician Assistant program. I passed my boards and landed what was supposed to be my forever job three years into my medical career. Those sensations I talked about earlier returned. This time stronger than before.

I sought out a Reiki session, that revealed to me information about the truth I felt I was meant to live. I was afraid to pursue it. Guided by my mentors, I became a certified Reiki Master. Reiki became a part of my daily practice. I started showing up for myself. Through dedication to my transition, I discovered my mediumship capabilities. The changes happened slowly. Now I open my eyes each day to a life I am excited to participate in.

Every time I have lost my way, Spiritual practice has put me back on track. I am here to be the vessel, that inspires you to choose authenticity over people pleasing. My calling is to show you that there is a life, in this reality, where no part of you is too small or too big. All of you belongs here and now.
