For some folks, typical work structures leave the nervous system on high alert. This elevated state blocks our inner knowing or intuition. When we stop listening to ourselves, we search outside of ourselves for validation. We accept more work with no pay increase, we dismiss being talked down to by bosses, and we give more attention to something that does not tend to us equally. Yes you need to work. Work does not need to be your life. Reiki will regulate your nervous system, you will return to knowing, and from there we can plan your sustainable work life.

Throughout life we experience many changes. This could be a shift in line of work, loss of a loved one or pet, outgrowing an identity or relationship, and so much more. When life does not meet our expectations, we experience grief. This is complicated response involves the body, emotions, mind, and Spirit. With Reiki, I will remind you, that you have the space to process your grief. From being present with grief, we grow new life.

The body experiences conditions, diseases, and injuries. Usually, there is a known cause of your medical concern. Most medical providers stop at this level of patient care then prescribe things to get you back to work. This is a tremendous reason why I left healthcare. There is often more to a medical concern, than a one size fits all treatment. It also has an emotional, mental, and Spiritual significance. Reiki is known to benefit nearly every health condition.
